Our simple method combines spirituality with science, the mind with the universe, consciousness with change, emotion with language, and daily practice with teachings and principles that we as humans know to be true to our health, happiness, and success. Recovering from any kind of addiction is possible, and simple once you understand how your mind works. You do not need to know what to do or how to do; Being True To You will guide you through a step-by-step process back to your true self.
